Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by HireProda ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

HireProda provides virtual assistant and operational support services. Scope, deliverables, and included hours are defined by the plan you purchase.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Billing & payments

• Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as agreed).
• Time is tracked in minute increments and visible in your portal.
• Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at the rate listed on the pricing page.
• Rollover rules follow what's stated in your plan.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including spam, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

5. Confidentiality

All assistants are bound by NDAs. We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it except as needed to perform the services or as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Work product created specifically for you under a paid engagement is owned by you upon payment. HireProda retains ownership of its tools, templates, and underlying platform.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused hours do not carry over beyond the rollover policy of your plan.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireProda's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue lies in Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
